  4. Speak one messy thought into an AI chat.
  5. Use the cleanup prompt.
  6. Save three prompts from the starter pack.
  7. Bring one result or stuck point back to coaching.

You can speak a rough thought, turn it into a useful draft, and ask Pocket Drey what to do next.
